Job Description

Building strong communication channels for inter and Intra organizational work.

Coordination between all stakeholders, sponsors, patrons, event team, digital team etc.
Digital Know how to manage content on the website and social media platforms and coordinating on a day to day basis with the digital/social media team.

Strong flare for writing proposals, essays, concept notes for the CSR initiative.

Have established network within the corporate world for promoting LHCT properties.

Proactive initiatives for brand building and management.

Having the acumen to create, analyse and implement plans independently.

Planning and execution of various social programs and project management.

Basic office management.

Working closely with the trustees and CEO of the trust

Desired Candidate Profile    

Education-

UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, Post- Graduation Not Required, MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization

Doctorate: Any Doctorate - Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required

Minimum 1-2 years of overall experience, with substantial exposure in
The relevant industry (CSR), focused on marketing /PR, or been an active team member of any social development organization.

Excellent verbal & written communication skills (in English)

Working knowledge of MS Office

High results orientation
