- Responsible for the complete on-line strategy
- Responsible for handling Search Accounts
- Business forecasting, yearly budget & lead generation planning along with Product & Sales team.

- Analysing various online monitoring tools (Radian6, simplify etc.) & working with the ORM Team to improve online monitoring on various Social channels.
