Job Description
- Meet and exceed monthly & quarterly sales targets.
- Daily, weekly and monthly reporting and analysis. Build good partner insight and implement strategic improvements and suggestions
- Identify and partner with relevant top producing affiliates on multiple affiliate platforms. Work on daily affiliate approval process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key affiliates, respond to questions and requests from key affiliates
- Actively consult with affiliate partners on ongoing basis to help them exceed their revenue objectives, by
- recommending and implementing best practices or providing additional products/services to promote
- Screen current and potential affiliates for fraudulent activities
- Ensure maintenance of monthly creative’s and landing pages, and timely dispatch of newsletters and announcements
- Excellent communication with peers, management and affiliates with excellent follow-up skills
- Having Go getter attitude for better work environment.
- Office Shift Timings: 1pm-10pm.
- Female candidates will be preferred.

Education-
UG:Any Graduate - Any Specialization, Graduation Not Required
PG:Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not

MBA or PGDM in Marketing
Knowledge of MS Office is must
Minimum 6 to 18 months of Online Marketing experience (preferably in Affiliate Marketing). Understanding of Affiliate Networks (Preferably Commission Junction & LinkShare).
Hardworking and dedicated person with good written and verbal communication skills
Positive outlook and ability to influence and persuade others in a positive manner
Open to learning and knowledge accumulation. Can follow latest events,development and trends in the industry.
