Job Description

This role involves taking care of online marketing on new age digital media like FB, Youtube, Twitter etc, with a special focus on driving Mobile App Installs.
The role will be based out of Noida, Will handle national marketing initiatives, and report into the Brand Head.

Key Responsibility Areas: 

  • Plan, coordinate and run digital marketing campaigns and track performance- with two objectives- lead generation for the website, and driving mobile app installs. Constant tracking of CTRs, CPCs, CPAs etc. is essential to monitor performance and evaluate effectiveness of the campaigns.
  • Mobile App Marketing- Devising a Strategy Plan, Budgeting and its Implementation- in house as well as through vendors- to maximize installs and optimize costs.
  • Facebook Advertising for Lead Generation- Targeting, budgeting, implementation, optimization, monitoring and analysis of ads.
  • New Media- In addition to FB, plan and run campaigns on new age media platforms like Twitter, Youtube, Instagram, for branding as well as performance objectives.
  • Social Media Agency handling- Ensuring social media engagement via agency management for Facebook and Twitter pages.
  • Brand Communication Regularly churn out fresh communication for digital media- through the in-house team as well as creative agencies- in line with the overall brand positioning statement.
  • Regular competition mapping and Research, Media planning and Budgeting, in line with the strategic goals of the brand.
  • Regular coordination with extended team in sales, product, advertising, research and development, and finance, in line with the needs of business.

KPIs (Measurable parameters of the role): 

  • Overall Effectiveness of App Install Campaigns
  • Lead Generation through existing sources/partners
  • Exploring New Alliances to add to Leads/Installs for Jeevansathi
  • Innovation with New Media Platforms

Desired Candidate Profile

UG:Any Graduate - Any Specialization, Graduation Not Required
PG:Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required
Doctorate:Any Doctorate - Any Specialization, Doctorate Not

  • PDGBM / MBA (Marketing) from a premier B-School
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Online Marketing/Brand. Knowledge and experience of managing platforms like youtube, twitter, facebook is a definite plus.
  • Good Analytical skills with understanding of digital metrics like ctr, cpc, cpa, impressions. Ability to derive meaningful actions from large data sets
  • Result oriented, with strategic as well as innovative thinking ability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills and a good team player
