Requirements:
The successful candidate will have at least 4 to 6 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Online public relations, CRM and social media. Candidates with experience from similar industry environment would be ideal. Creative, innovative, personable professional with a strong eye for Marketing Technique & development, this role requires someone with exceptional writing and video editing and production skills. Strong ability to conduct on air interviews, be customer focused, organised, results driven with a sense of urgency applied in all aspects of the role. Technical expertise in Word press (blog), Photoshop and illustrator is essential in addition to outstanding fluency in English (read, write and verbal).
Degree in marketing a plus with 4 to 6 years of professional marketing experience, social media marketing experience
Demonstrated ability to consistently research and write high volumes of inspiring and accurate content within strict and frequent deadlines
Exceptional judgment in handling nuanced and complex interactions both online and offline
Exceptional project management skills from conception through implementation and reporting
Demonstrated ability to think as a user and to drive program optimization using user feedback and analytics
Exceptional ability to learn complex systems in great detail, and to translate that knowledge into clear, results-oriented programs
Exceptional communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong comfort with data analysis and in-depth measurement methodologies including a demonstrated ability to use Excel and analytics systems to manage and analyse social marketing data
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines and goals
Extremely proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about success
